We had worked with Kevin a few years back when looking to sell my parent’s home, and made the decision to sell it this year. We made our decision a little late for the spring market boom (putting it up last week of April). Feely Group services are amazing, they had set us up with their staging consultant Daniela, who had recommended how to stage my home. Their photographer, Nick, really maximized the lighting of our home (it was an older townhome that was built in the 70s with not much natural light) - his photos were absolutely phenomenal, and I think alongside with Kevin and Daniela really helped sell our home fast. We had it up on the market for under 24 hours, we had approximately 12-15 viewings the minute the house went up, and went into a bidding war. Sold for way over asking and we were so impressed with their whole team. We also bought our very first home from them! Kevin set us up with a realtor that represented TMJ construction and he also set us up with his mortgage broker, Eric, who helped us achieve our goal with all the upgrades we wanted - the whole Feely Group was amazing and we highly recommend them to anyone selling or buying - we will most certainly use them again in the future!
